Bio Coriandrum sativum, both the seeds and the leaves are used in dishes. Sow in a sunny place and keep moist. Pick the protective flowers before harvesting the seed in September with semi-ripe seed. Let it ripen and dry on a piece of paper; the seed comes away easily so you can collect it with the paper.
