    This grow bag contains culture soil and a bag of seeds. Spread half of the seeds over the soil and moisten the top layer. Provide a light spot at approx. 20 ° C. The crop germinates within 2 – 3 days and grows into a delicious crunchy seasoning in 8 – 10 days. Both the stems and the leaves can be eaten.

    Cut them just above the soil. The spicy nutty flavor goes well with fish and meat dishes, shellfish, in pasta, on pizzas, in salads and sushi. Or try a cheese and arugula cress sandwich. For the second crop, completely remove the roots from the first culture and sow tahe remaining seeds over the soil. Cut the grow bag to just above ground level. Keep the top layer moist.
