Bean sprouts, can easily and quickly (7-10 days) be sown indoors all year round in a growing tray or saucer on a wet cloth or cotton wool, from approx. 15 ºC on the windowsill. When the plants are 3-5 cm high they can be harvested. Delicious fresh and crunchy in stir-fries, but also in salads and soups.
